What a Year It Has Been!
Staying afloat in business during this pandemic has meant being able to pivot our business models to follow the mitigations of our government and continue to meet the needs of our customers and employees.
Remote work, curbside service, carry-out and Zoom meetings have helped keep our collective doors open. As business owners, civic leaders and community members we can be proud of our community and the way we have worked together during this pandemic.
Our community has grown tighter and shown its support in numerous ways, helping to support our businesses with a shop-local focus and, in turn, our member businesses have been responsive to the needs and expectations of the community.
Through it all, the Chamber of Commerce has grown in its membership and experienced more business owners taking an active role in Chamber activities. We are exceedingly grateful for the leadership and efforts of all of our members! The value of our partnership in growing our member businesses cannot be overstated.
My hope is that we enter 2021 wiser and less fearful than we were at the start of the pandemic. Together we will weather the storms and celebrate the achievements that are sure to mark the coming year.

Board Member Opportunity
We are looking for a few good business owners/members to help shape the direction of the Hampshire Area Chamber of Commerce. The board generally meets once per month. Board members are leaders and are expected to contribute financially to Chamber initiatives and to participate in Chamber committee efforts. Board appointments are 2-year terms and members can be reappointed for a second consecutive term.
